Ritratto - Giorgio Pochetti

My Story: A Journey Among Words”

Join me on my literary journey, which began with scientific research at the CNR and has since explored vast narrative territories. My first novel, ‘His Soul Slept in a Drawer’, published in 1991, opened the doors to an adventure that continues to this day.

Through the pages of ‘Angels and Other Stories’, ‘Do Not Kill Bob Raphaelson’, and ‘The Island of Sleep’, I explore the interplay between realism and fantasy. My passion for writing, crowned by winning the Quick Tales Literary Contest, reflects my commitment to probing the depths of the human soul.

Voice to the Readers: Reviews and Reflections

“"A fresh and fluid writing style, which never feels heavy and encourages the reader to finish the novel in just a few days. A book for the whole family, which I recommend pairing with the '56 movie 'Around the World in 80 Days'!"”

Gianoreviews "Professione Researcher"

"A fun and sweet book just like the presentation that was made at the Odredek bookstore, which interspersed the reading of stories that immediately provoked laughter from the audience with the sound of a violin played by a young musician!"

Angela Ranaudareviews "Angeli e altri racconti"

A work that transports the reader into a world halfway between dream and reality. There are three chapters for three surreal and engaging stories. You start to read and can't stop until you reach the end.

Valeria Maginireviews "Ho sognato Haruki e altre storie fantastiche"
